Small Flock Hours is shopping and browsing time dedicated to accessibility and inclusion of people and families that prefer a low-sensory shopping experience.

While accessibility is always top of mind at House Finch, customers who shop during Small Flock Hours can expect:

* A maximum of 5 guests at one time
* No store fragrances
* Low noise/no music (just birds chirping on the live feed)
* Dimmed lighting
* Store-specific PECS boards and handheld whiteboards for those who might benefit
* Masks are encouraged to protect immunocompromised guests, and are mandatory for staff. We mist sanitize (hypochlorous acid, a hospital-grade disinfectant) all commonly used surfaces, seed scoops, doors, and floors each day after the store closes.
* Aisles and checkout are wheelchair & double stroller accessible during all business hours
